The Sealy Baby Ultra Rest Mattress was our top pick for a high quality baby mattress at a great price.  It has all around border rods that will keep the sides, edges, and corners firm.  It has steel vertical support bars that distribute the babies weight evenly over the entire mattress.  it also has 204 gauge heavy duty interlocking steel coils. 

The Sealy Baby Ultra Rest Mattress has 2 non-allergenic layers that provide durability & support, while a 3rd layer provides comfort for your baby.  This Sealy comes with a 15 year warranty.

It REALLY is a phenomenal crib mattress.  It's one of the most comfortable baby mattresses around. It will fit most all cribs and toddler beds.

A super great deal at only $89 (approximately).

We couldn't find any customer ratings online for anything less than "5 Star".  We saw comments like, "I am very happy with this mattress. It's firm, but not too firm, and is a reasonable price", and "the mattress seems to be really nice quality. It is firm, yet the coils are well covered".

The Sealy Perfect Rest Mattress has a reinforced vinyl laminate cover that resists stains and moisture.  The mattress wipes clean with a damp cloth.  The "all around border rods" keeps the corners, edges, and sides firm.  There are two non allergenic sleeping layers for comfort and support.  It also comes with a 10 year warranty on materials and workmanship.  One thing we like about all Sealy mattresses, they meet or exceed current phthalates standards set by the CPSC, as well as meet federal flammability standard 16 CFR 1633.

The Sealy Perfect Rest Mattress is a really nice mattress, and is about 10 bucks or so cheaper than the Sealy Baby Ultra Rest.  But for ONLY $10 more, we recommend you go with the Ultra Rest.

#3 Sealy Baby Posturepedic Mattress

The Sealy Posturepedic Mattress has over 200 "Posturetech" coils that sense the baby's movement, and then responds with increasing support.  It has features of the 2 Sealy mattresses listed above.  It appears well made and very durable.  This mattress is a version of the popular adult mattress, but now made for a baby.  It also includes a triple laminate fabric which provides an antibacterial and antistatic surface to protect from wetness, tears, mold, and mildew. 

It's still pretty value priced at around $120.  The reviews from customers/parents was a little mixed.  One customer felt as though the mattress wasn't firm enough for their child.  No really raving reviews, but most customers seemed quite satisfied.
